Yesterday teams from across the construction industry raced up 37 floors of the Heron Tower to help young people to reach new heights.
The Heron Tower stands at 755ft tall, the tallest building in the City of London, and proved to be a real challenge even for even the most experienced climbers! The beautiful weather provided perfect conditions for a breathtaking panoramic view over London, and the after-event celebrations with cocktails from Kampai Cocktails certainly went down well.

Huge thanks and congratulations to everyone who took part and helped to make the day a success. Thank you in particular to our sponsors John Rowan and Partners and Interserve, without whom the event would not have been possible. Thanks also to Pilpel for kindly providing us with some delicious food.
The team with the lowest aggregate time and proud winners of the Skyline Challenge trophy were Network Rail! You can see all the individual times here - http://www.tdl.ltd.uk/race-results.php?event=2133
Thanks again to everyone, we hope you enjoyed the day. Please remember that you can still continue to fundraise for 1 month! Currently in the lead for fundraising we have LSBU who have already raised a brilliant £703!
Your efforts really have, and will, make a huge difference in providing skills, motivation and inspiration to young people, and helping them into the construction industry.
