Operations Manager

Responsible to: Chief Executive

Salary: £45,000 p.a. - £50,000 p.a.

Location: Central London - Some travel to Wales and within UK for project delivery including occasional overnight stays

Supervisory/Managerial responsibility: Operations team based in London and Wales

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our friendly team who will lead on the operations and delivery of the Trust’s programmes, which touch the lives of over 4,000 young people each year. We are seeking a highly organised individual who is passionate about creating opportunities for young people and who can lead and drive continuous improvement of our programmes in order to maximise impact. As well as young people themselves, the Trust has a varied group of partners and stakeholders, including employers, industry volunteers, corporate sponsors, trusts & foundations and other funders, teachers and careers advisors, community groups and referral agencies so we are seeking an Operations Manager with excellent client-facing skills and proven experience leading an effective team of relationship managers.

The main purpose of this role will include: Day-to-day management of the Trust’s operations; Ensuring all programmes, contracts and projects are delivered on time and in line with targets, goals, plans and expectations of internal and external stakeholders; Leading on the Trust’s relationship management with partners and stakeholders.

Trusts & Foundations Manager

Responsible to: Chief Executive

Part-time: 2/3 days per week

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 p.a. FTE dependent on experience and track record

Location: Central London, but open to flexibility

We are looking for a experienced fundraiser who can lead on the Trust’s relationships with Trusts and Foundations, supporting our ambitions for growth.  This role would be perfect for an experienced professional who is passionate about young people and is seeking a more flexible working life.  You'll be working closely with the Chief Executive on the development and delivery of the charity’s Trusts and Foundations strategy including researching and identifying fundraising opportunities, developing proposals and bids and effective stewardship of Trust and Foundation partners.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator 

Responsible to: Chief Executive

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 p.a. dependent on experience 

Location: Central London

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our friendly team and lead on our marketing and communications.  Developing content, resources and communications to engage young people is core to the role. Facilitating effective connections with and between our other stakeholders, such as schools, teachers and careers advisors as well as employers, industry volunteers, corporate sponsors, trusts & foundations and other funders is also important, so we are seeking someone who can communicate at many different levels. This role would be perfect for a communications professional who is passionate about working with young people and is seeking an exciting opportunity to develop their career.
