This project, made possible by the Wates Family Enterprise Trust, engaged over 1,000 young people and nearly 150 employers to explore the hidden barriers to entry and retention in the built environment sector. Their voices challenge us to rethink how we remove hidden barriers to social mobility and create genuinely life-changing opportunities for young people.
