The Trust celebrates young Newport and Cardiff locals beginning their construction career paths

The Trust held a drinks reception in Cardiff last week to celebrate the success of some of our young beneficiaries and to thank our supporters for their commitment to helping us on our mission to guiding and supporting young people into employment.

Over 40 guests from the industry attended the evening for a drinks reception which was hosted and supported by law firm Capital Law, a leading provider of commercial legal services to private and public sector clients throughout the UK, Europe and beyond.

Over 150 guests from the Construction Industry were welcomed by HRH The Duke of Gloucester to celebrate our 20th Annual Christmas Concert last week.

Guests enjoyed music from The Royal College of Music Junior Department Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Chris Hirons. They performed a range of classical pieces from Holst, Debussy, Pachelbel and Schubert, and was rounded off with a Christmas medley.

Last week Construction Youth Trust hosted a Summer Reception as an opportunity to thank some of its principal donors.

Rod Bennion Chairman of Trustees shared with those assembled the year’s successes, his optimism that this would be the Trust’s most successful fundraising year to date, and emphasised his sincere thanks to all supporters. Supporting The Building Centre's 80th Anniversary Celebrations

Construction Youth Trust is delighted to be taking part in celebrations at The Building Centre on 3 May 2012.

Now in it's 80th year, The Building Centre will be holding an open day of free events including seminars, film screenings, product demonstrations, have-a-go activities, live music and a big party on the crescent outside the building!

Construction Youth Trust Celebrates 50 Years!

Construction Youth Trust has celebrated 50 successful years with a reception at the Trust’s headquarters in The Building Centre, London.

The reception was hosted in partnership with The Building Centre and generously sponsored by REDS10 with whom the Trust regularly works in partnership.

Pinsent Masons have once again hosted a fantastic annual golf day in aid of Construction Youth Trust.

Over 50 executives joined Pinsent Masons at Walton Heath Golf Club in Surrey for a mostly sunny September day to show their support for young people entering training, education and employment in the construction industry.
